Entry fees
:    Ring 1,2,3 5 -Pre entry $4, on the day $6;   
                      Ring 4 (Fun Ring)  -Pre entry $2, on the day $3
Gate Entry on Sunday (unless prepaid): $15 per vehicle (No concessions)
Strictly no refunds or exchange on late entries and/or pre entries.
Height Certificates: Current RASV, EV, SHC Height certificates accepted and may have to be produced.
Entrants must sign Waiver & have completed entry ticket BEFORE entering the ring

Rings 1, 2, 3, 4 ONLY PLEASE NOTE:
No Stallions Colts or rigs.    One Championship only allowable in same classes/ different rings.   $15 per vehicle (no Concession)
All Champions in ring 1 and 2 - $20 cash supported by supported by The McRae Family in memory of Mr Jack McRae- past Ring Master, W & R Loughnan and M & L Lamers

RACING VICTORIA Classes *321 -323 Off The Track- best performed retired thoroughbred race horse -please provide racing name &number if known Will each receive a Racing Victoria prize pack for  best performed retired thoroughbred race horse
SHCV - Champion Junior, Intermediate & Senior Rider Special Prize of $50.00 provided that the Rider is a current financial member of SHCV (0488 791 060). This prize will be forwarded by the SHCV once the criteria has been confirmed.

Judge Helen Lechte and Vicky Sayers -  Judging after 1pm

For those riders of all ages – Adults and children that do not regularly show in open ring competition or having their first go at showing  
Riders must be wearing an approved helmet neat attire and riding boots are required
We have kind judges and stewards  - advice given, laughter allowed and encouraged
snaffle bits : Children may be led and all may be  assisted by a helper regardless of age
